All Forensic reports come with a QWR and/or rescission letter (if applicable). There is also an optional Validation of Debt letter for both Forensic and Securitization Reports.



All Forensic Audit & Appraisal Analysis Reports also come with our REFUND CHECKER AUDIT (see FAQs for more information).


Securitization Gov't Check: It is suggested you check all properties at the 3 links below. If the property in question is listed, then the loan may have been securitized into a government sponsored entity (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or Ginnie Mae), and you should not order a securitization audit because the loan will not be available to any securitization auditor directly (if you hear otherwise, please let me know so I can help you).

A Forensic and/or Chain of Title Foreclosure Audit can still be ordered.


If you buy the Chain of Title Foreclosure Audit, the report will include information on how you can obtain the securitization trust directly from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or Ginnie Mae if it was securitized.
